The above participant/s and parents or legal guardians do personally indemnify and hold Hillwood Presbyterian Church, Ding Ding Music and Art, Beth Gilbert, and Varney Greene harmless from and against any damages, claim, or demand arising out of the use of Hillwood Presbyterian Church premises by any person participating in, or present because of, the scheduled activity and agree to reimburse Hillwood Presbyterian Church for any expenses incurred defending such claim or demand. I/we release and discharge Hillwood Presbyterian Church, Ding Ding Music and Art, Beth Gilbert, and Varney Greene from any claim, demand, or cause of action that may be asserted by or on behalf of me/us and our child/ren as a result of participation in this class. I/we understand that Music and Art class is a physical activity in a group, and I/we am/are fully aware of the risks involved in participating in this class. I/we agree to be responsible for our child/ren’s and our behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless Hillwood Presbyterian Church, their employees, board members, and volunteers from any damages or liabilities arising out of our child/ren’s and our activities as a participant in this Music and Art class hosted by Hillwood Presbyterian Church.
